Born and raised in Bangladesh, Shuvo completed his graduation in CSE from BUET with a strong interest in ML. Even in his high school days, he became involved with tech companies, eventually moving to Maya into a tech lead role. He draws from his experience of working on ML algorithms to automate user queries. He started Alice at the beginning of 2019 with a vision to democratize customer support with tools and conversational AI. Having worked in multiple industries to improve their support, he feels closer to product-market fit with Alice in the e-commerce vertical.
